“Taking into account that the Republic of Moldova and Vietnam are preponderantly agrarian countries, we should boost our cooperation, especially in this sector. We do hope that the Moldovan wines will have room on the Vietnamese market”, Nicolae Timofti said.
“We value Latvia’s positive experience in European integration and we are interested in taking over the practices used by Latvia’s autorities to reform its public institutions”, Nicolae Timofti said.
“It is normal that in a democratic country people to be able to influence, by all legal forms, the political and economic decisions. Not only in the voting booth once every four years, but through close cooperation with the structures involved in society management”, Nicolae Timofti said.
In a speech given at the meeting, president Timofti informed about Moldova’s European integration process as a strategic project of the country’s development.
