President Nicolae Timofti today participated in events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Sovereignty of Moldova.
Timofti thanked Aurescu for the constant support provided to Moldova by Romania internationally and, in particular, for promoting Moldova’s interest in the European Union.
The citizens’ electoral option confirms once again the adhesion of most people to Moldova’s European development path.

For his part, Philippe Beke said that Belgium backed Moldova’s European path and reforms in the judicial system.
