Moldovan president signs decree nominating new candidate for premier office

President Nicolae Timofti signed a decree nominating Chiril Gaburici as candidate to the prime minister office on 14 February.

According to the Constitution, Chiril Gaburici has a delay of 15 days in order to request the parliament’s confidence vote for the government’s action programme and full list.

During the talks held by Timofti and the parliamentary factions,  the Liberal Democratic Party proposed Chiril Gaburici as candidate for the prime minister post.
