Moldovan president holds talks with leaders of Liberal Democrats, Democrats, Liberals

President Nicolae Timofti today held discussions with the leaders of the Liberal Democratic Party, Democratic Party and Liberal Party. The head of state asked the party leaders to find the needed consensus to form a pro-European government, according to the will of the majority of the citizens, expressed at the last November parliamentary polls. 

Following the today talks, President Timofti, starting from 9 November, will initiate consultations with the parliamentary parties, in order to appoint a candidate for the office of prime minister.
