Nataša Prah informed Timofti that the Slovenian parliament would ratify the Moldova-EU Association Agreement as soon as possible.
„Moldova attaches major importance to the development and extension of the friendship and cooperation relations with Russia. I voice hope that, by joint efforts, we will manage to foster the Moldovan-Russian dialogue, giving it a qualitatively new level, for the benefit of our countries and nations”.
President Nicolae Timofti today chaired a meeting of the Supreme Security Council.
The distinction was given under presidential decree „as a token of deep gratitude for significant contribution to developing and strengthening the Moldovan-Japanese friendship and cooperation relations.”
Nicolae Timofti spoke out for boosting the bilateral economic ties and underlined the willingness of the Moldovan producers to supply Moldovan quality products to the Belarusian market.
A string of bilateral cooperation agreements were signed today, within the official visit of Belarusian President Alexandr Lukashenko to Moldova.
