Thank you for being with us today, as the Republic of Moldova celebrates 34 years of Independence.
Today, at the SSC meeting, we discussed the measures to counter the manipulation of information and foreign interference in electoral processes. There is important information about the risks to our country’s security and democratic processes in the Republic of Moldova. These risks must be brought to the attention of the citizens.
Let me begin by thanking President Zelenskyy for his leadership — and the Ukrainian people for their extraordinary courage. Moldova understands clearly: your resistance protects not only Ukraine, but Moldova as well.
For the past 33 years, Moldova and Poland have built a relationship grounded in trust, solidarity, and shared purpose. And I am proud to say that today, this partnership is stronger than ever.
