It is an honor to be standing before you today in Brussels, the very heart of the European Union. I can assure you that the European heart beats stronger than ever in my country, Moldova, as we pursue accession.
Dear President Macron, colleagues, members of the media, it is a pleasure to be back in Paris. France, and President Macron, personally, are amongst Moldova’s closest supporters. France has stood firmly with us on security matters since Russia’s unprovoked invasion of our neighbour Ukraine.
