President Maia Sandu welcomed the Prime Minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen, who stopped in Chisinau after a visit to Ukraine. "This is the first visit of a head of the Danish government to the Republic of Moldova and I am sure that this meeting will give a new impetus to bilateral relations and will strengthen our cooperation in the context of the European integration of the country," said President Maia Sandu.
The head of state had a discussion with Catherine Colonna, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France, who made a brief stop in Chisinau during her visit to Ukraine. President Maia Sandu expressed her gratitude for France's support over the years and during this complicated period, including through the Support Platform for Moldova.
President Maia Sandu met with H.E. Tomasz Grodzki, Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland and a group of Polish MPs. The officials discussed regional security, economic cooperation and the Moldovan-Polish bilateral agenda.

"We plan to intensify cooperation in several areas, especially in the energy sector, given the increasing role of Greece in supplying Europe with liquefied natural gas," said Maia Sandu.
