Excellency,
The National Day of the Republic of Peru offers me the opportunity to address, on behalf of the people of the Republic of Moldova and my own, the sincerest congratulations, accompanied by wishes of peace and prosperity for the Peruvian people.
In the difficult conditions imposed by the current pandemic, we are in solidarity with the citizens of your country in their efforts to overcome the health challenges they face.
Also, using this opportunity, I would like to reiterate the openness of the Republic of Moldova for the further development of friendly and cooperative relations with the Republic of Peru in various fields, for the good of both countries and peoples.
