Presidency of the Republic of Moldova
President Nicolae Timofti today held consultations with the parliamentary faction of the Party of Communists (PCRM), in order to nominate a candidate for the office of prime minister.
The Communist lawmakers said they were willing to back a candidate proposed by the Alliance for European Moldova and assume the role of constructive parliamentary opposition.
The next consultations with the parliamentary factions will take place on 14 February starting from 10:30.
