The President's couple gifted 30 national costumes to our compatriots in Italy and the Russian Federation

In response to the numerous demands received from Moldovans from abroad, Moldovan President Igor Dodon agreed with the First Lady of the country to offer 30 popular costumes for our citizens.

Thus, the national costumes were distributed as follows: ten - in the Italian Republic, at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Rome, and twenty in the Russian Federation (ten in the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Moscow, the other in the city of Surgut).

Presidential couple expressed confidence that these suits will assist our nationals, especially now in the winter holidays.

"I would like to express our whole appreciation to all Moldovans living away from home for their promotion of authentic national values, through the cultural activities they organize, and also through the involvement in the social life of the country of adoption. Traditions, customs, the popular port are elements that make an immortal nation, "Igor Dodon emphasized.

We would like to mention that in order to rent these costumes free of charge, the guests can contact the diplomatic representations of our country in Moscow or Rome.
